Our client is a social housing association who is recruiting now a multi trades operative for work on void properties and day to day maintenance. The work involves visiting void properties and refurbishing them, completing reactive and day to day maintenance of properties as well as any other jobs that are required.

Your primary trade should be carpentry or plumbing and you should have a full range of skills including fitting kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, floor laying, patch repair plastering, hanging doors and all other jobs found within the home. Your skills must include the ability to hang doors, change locks, decorate, fix skirting, repair all defects and any day to day jobs that arise.

You will be given full uniform and a kitted out van with a fuel card. The role will also become permanent after a period of time if successful.
