Multi Skilled Tradesperson

Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year

We are looking to recruit a Carpenter with Multi skilled trades experience

Duties and responsibilities

Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties in Surrey, you’ll undertake carpentry and other trade repairs and maintenance work on both domestic and commercial properties working efficiently and safety in line with the companies best practice to achieve customer satisfaction and an exceptional customer experience.

You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving license held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).

We work with local authorities, focusing on improving the living conditions of residents and leaving a lasting legacy in the communities we serve. Our services include, responsive repairs, void refurbishments, 24 hour call out as well as reactive and planned maintenance works.

Requirements

• Candidates will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification including an NVQ, with excellent working H & S knowledge. Customer focused with experience of working in both occupied and void properties, and posses a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time.
• Must have a full UK Drivers license. 
• Company Van supplied.
