Salary: £30,000 – £43,200 per year
I am working for a global manufacturing company, who are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer to work from their manufacturing site in Bingley.
We require someone who can work flexibly on either 6am – 2.15pm or 2pm-8.15pm shift patterns, plus be able to work on a standby/call out rota basis 1 in 3 weeks (paid as additional overtime)
The role will involve but will not be limited to:
- Responding to machinery/electrical breakdowns
- Providing ongoing maintenance to machinery and workshop
- Completing diagnostics and project work as required
- Reporting problems to engineering manager
- Handling tools correctly and safely
- Full coaching and training will be provided
- Various bonuses, paid overtime available
Candidate skills required:
- Electrically competent & qualified
- Good knowledge of health & safety
- Positive & Flexible attitude
- Good communication skills
- Multi skilled & computer literate
- Experience within engineering field
In return my client is offering a starting salary of £30,000 – £43,200depending upon experience, with additional overtime paid at higher rate for call out/weekend overtime.
