We currently have a vacancies for 5 x Multi skilled Engineers to join our fast paced team at Stourton Dairy in Leeds.

This multi skilled engineer role is not only about running and maintaining equipment (although a significant part of the role), but in developing continuous improvement teams and leading/facilitating these through a number of lean manufacturing areas to deliver improvements across the Dairy. This will include the delivery of planned/predictive engineering maintenance across all production lines & process areas, continuous improvement facilitation of cross-functional teams, using a combination of tools & techniques such as TPM, RCM, FMEA, 5’S and Kaizen events etc and identification and implementation of improvement ideas to achieve world-class standards relating to OEE, quality and H&S measurements across the facility.

We are looking for candidates with previous experience of working in an automated FMCG manufacturing environment as a Multi Skilled Engineer. Having completed a degree or recognised time served apprenticeship in an engineering discipline with HNC/HND qualification you will have knowledge of manufacturing, process and filling operations.
