Multi-Channel Marketing Planner

An Excellent opportunity for a Multi-Channel Marketing Planner to join a well established marketing agency based in Leeds City Centre. This fast paced and exciting organisation is looking for someone that can challenge and influence people at all levels, with excellent planning and project management skills to join their team.

The Role: Multi-Channel Marketing Planner

Salary: £27,600 – £33,600Depending on experience

Responsibilities include:

Working closely with the multi-channel strategy, insight and planning team to determine the most compelling approach to market our multi-channel offering through the line
Reviewing the whole marketing mix to ensure that we deliver the right message at the right touch point
Working with the Multi-channel Marketing Manager to develop creative campaign ideas which will be executed cross functionally with the rest of the teams to deliver through the line
Conversion of insight, data and analytics into effective communication
Be format focused to ensure we deliver the right solution for our customers and colleagues in each of the departments which drives basket spend, perception and sales
Responsibility for managing creative and production agencies
Responsible for being focused on delivering consistent campaigns that are in-line with our brand guidelines
Presenting plans and creative to senior colleagues for feedback and sign off
Working “hand in hand” with the retail operations teams to ensure that what is created can be landed right first time by the Value/Sampling Colleagues

To be successful in this position you will require:

Proven track record of creative development
Ability to challenge and influence at all levels
Network, engagement and relationship Building
Business savvy and commercial acumen
Comfortable in presenting to individuals and groups
Strong administrative skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills together with a strong customer focused approach
Ability to direct and control a multitude of tasks, processes and priorities to achieve all agreed objectives and deadlines
A high level of attention to detail is essential
Excellent planning and project management skills and the ability to react quickly to change
Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to team members and the wider business
A track record of managing creative agencies or suppliers
Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
