Select Appointments (East Anglia), based in Norwich, is a Recruitment Agency that covers a host of industry sectors including: Commercial, Hospitality and Industrial. From large corporate clients to niche independent businesses we supply both permanent and temporary staff.

We are currently recruiting for a newly created position to join our own team as a Digital Marketing Assistant.

Based in the centre of Norwich, opposite Jarrolds, we have four regional offices which you will support on a daily basis.

The Digital Marketing Assistant Role

Create, manage and evaluate our company direct email campaigns to clients and candidates – including content and design.
Develop and assist managing our company social media accounts, including facebook, linkedin and twitter.
Introduce a regular online external communications plan across our regional offices.
Liaise with our consultants on a regular basis to assist with increasing sales, brand awareness and satisfaction.
Produce regular MI on our campaigns reach and saturation.
Champion new initiatives and innovate using appropriate tools to improve our brand presence across the region.Experience and Skills required

Demonstrate an understanding of communicating via digital media.
Confident in using MS Office software, particularly Excel and Word along with Publisher.
Direct mail and social media literate – including the use of multi posting tools.
Creative and accurate copy writing skills.
Full clean driving license.Personal Characteristics

Ability to take initiative, make things happen and get things done.
Quick learner, lateral thinker and enjoys a challenge.
Creative team player along with being able to work independently.
Extremely personable with good face to face and telephone communication skills.
Passionate about being successful at what you do and enjoy sharing the benefits of using digital media to your internal customers.Salary and Benefits

Salary: £26,000per yearbased upon skills and ability.
