We are looking for an enthusiastic reliable team player to join our clients very busy and successful motorcycle clothing & accessories department and to help coordinate their business social media activity. You must be committed to delivering the very highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Representing and selling some of the market’s top brands in motorcycle clothing and accessories, our clients customers have come to expect nothing but the very best in terms of product quality and customer service. Duties include:

– Assisting with the sale of branded clothing and accessory products.
– Ensuring customers are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.
– Helping to maintain the merchandising of the clothing and accessories department to manufacturer standards.
– Ensuring the department is kept tidy and attending to customer requirements.
– Being the main point of contact in terms of promoting their business and communicating with their customers via social media.
– Ensuring that their social media platforms display compelling and up to date information that helps to engage and build their online following.
– Efficient answering of the telephone.
– Assisting elsewhere in the business when and where required.
