Salary: £26,000 per year
Mobile Parking Warden/Attendant
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Role: Mobile – Will need access to your own vehicle with full driving licence
Hours: 30 hours per week
Rota: Monday – Friday, working variable 6 hour shifts between 3pm – 11pm.

We pride our self in delivering excellent customer service through all operations of the business and expect our parking enforcement officers to demonstrate high levels of customer`s service to car park users. Previous experience in a Parking Enforcement, Retail, Security or Customer Service environment is preferable however not essential.

As a Parking Attendant you will be:
– Issuing parking charges to vehicles contravening the regulations of the car park
– Use provided company equipment to carry out tasks, UKPC iWarden and Printer
– Carry out foot patrols on car parks in line with Health & Safety and British Parking Association policies
– Travel between sites (mobile positions), ensuring optimal routes are used and time is managed effectively in order to provide the correct coverage at the correct times
– Adhere to company policy and procedure at all times
– Assist motorists with any general queries relating to the car park
– Advise motorists on correct appeals procedure
– Courteous and friendly to all members of the public and assist them with any problems they may have
– Complete Health & Safety Site Surveys
– Report any damage to UKPC signage as soon as identified
– Identify and report any failures of parking control equipment
– Flexible to assist with local coverage during periods of holiday and sickness
– Ensuring full branded uniform is being worn correctly whilst on duty
