Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile engineer (electrically biased) to work on a mobile basis on a prestigious contract for a specialist maintenance firm. The contract will involve providing general maintenance ( PPMs, reactive, AHUs ect) on a number of crucial prestigious commercial sites across the London area. This is an excellent opportunity for the correct candidate to gain extremely valuable experience in really high end properties. Mobile engineer ( electrical bias)
This is a permanent role for the ideal candidate paying £32,000- £40000
Overtime and callout available
Van is provided
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Complete fault finding, repair and installation of a range of electrical plant & equipment
– Responsible for diagnosing and rectifying M&E plant faults, ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained
– Effective servicing, fault diagnosis & repair work of HVAC equipment to current standards
– Provide “out of hours” call out cover
– Electrical testing & completion of required NICEIC certification
Essential Skills / Qualifications
Must have C&G 236 and 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Ideally experience of AHU’s general HVAC plant etc.
Basic fabric and Plumbing maintenance
Must have Excellent Communication Skills
Clean Driving Licence (minimum 3pts accepted)
Must be an adaptable and capable candidate
