The Role
To deliver efficient and fully compliant planned and reactive maintenance services across all Electrical services
Responsible for ensuring that electrical/engineering maintenance including contract work, is carried out to appropriate standards and specifications.
Where appropriate – act as Authorised Person/Responsible Officer in relation to specific maintenance responsibilities – e.g., LV electrical systems
Oversee minor schemes and capital works.

Essential:

A recognised apprenticeship with a minimum of City & Guilds craft certificate (or equivalent) and 5 years experience in the trade
IEE 17TH Edition Regulations –

Previous supervisory skills in the Electrical services industry

Desirable:
*2391 Electrical inspection & testing
*Knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation.
*Knowledge of COSHH
*Good computer skills
