An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced engineer to join my client’s well established Building Services company in London.
They are currently recruiting for a Mobile (Van & Foot) Engineer to join their team maintaining and servicing Building Services equipment, mainly Air Conditioning and HVAC services
> Mobile within M25 and Foot-Mobile in the City
> Covering mobile/resident sites within London/Home Counties
> Maintenance/reactive to AC systems excluding chillers
> BMS, VAV units, FCU units, CHW/LTHW systems, chillers, AC, cooling towers/condenser water systems, AHU/supply/extract fans, pumps/motors, LV systems, plumbing/drainage, fire alarm, sprinkler/dry riser/hose reel systems, L8 water hygiene
> Sound knowledge of all Mechanical & ideally Electrical Building Services HVAC equipment is desired.
> Excellent salary, Company Van, On-Call pay and Overtime Available
