Salary: £34,800 – £38,400 per year
My client, a UK leading Facilities Management provider to the built environment are soon to have vacancies for various Air Conditioning Engineers throughout the Central belt on a full time permanent basis to support servicing and maintenance works on a number of high profile commercial contracts.
Employed in a field based role, you will be responsible for conducting planned and reactive maintenance works that can include servicing, reactive breakdowns and repairs to various Air Conditioning systems that can include VRV’s and VRF’s to small split systems.
Essential requirements:
• Ideally have served a recognised apprenticeship.
• City & Guilds F-Gas 2079 registered
• Have experience working within the FM and/or Building Services setting
• Skill levels in all aspects of Air conditioning servicing and maintenance.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care with excellent communication skills.
• Full UK Drivers Licence.
• Undergo relevant Disclosure/CRB checks
Additional qualifications such as IPAF, PASMA, etc. are also highly advantageous.
The successful Engineer will have a proven track record of the above requirements (this is essential) and be able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care, good communication skills, a pro-active attitude and the capability to complete essential paperwork. Experience in anticipating and repairing faults will be required.
