Mid-Weight Workplace Interior Designer

Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year

will be working with top tier clients alongside some very talented Designers that will help you develop your Design skills.

Generating exceptional design concepts providing the highest level of interior design, completing projects with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Competitive pitching and the presentation of design concepts
• Assisting Senior Designers in generation exceptional design concepts
• Assist in completely projects meeting or exceeding customer expectations
• Manage multiple projects of a basic or complex nature
• Liaison with subcontractors throughout the design and construction processes
• Able to obtain project information; fabrics, furniture, architectural elements
• Prepare plans and specifications and assist in generating bid packages
• Preparation of construction documents and delegation and checking of the CAD Designer’s output
• Apply building and accessibility statutory requirements and administer planning and listed building applications
• Rigorous drawing management
• Supervise support team members internally and externally

• Excellent proficiency of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
• Proficiency in Revit would be advantageous
