What we do/ would like to do:

I am looking for a highly creative, Innovative 3D Designer with a passion for funky, inspirational designs and ideas. The client I am recruiting for is an award winning design agency based out of the Midlands area that specialise in retail design and Point of Sale/ Purchase design and development of medium to large projects on a global basis. I am specifically looking for a designer who is familiar with retail design and Point of Purchase/ Sale but who can also bring to the table maybe an agency or brand background/ client side or perhaps experience with full scale fit out projects and interior schemes. A bit of a Blue Sky thinking who can potentially bring a new set of skills and knowledge to the business.

What you will do:

• Generating ideas from the concept of a project through to the implementing a
creative solution
• Some client facing duties to ascertain requirements
• Creating visualisations and walk through, ideas generation and initial concept
ideas in a range of materials and dimensions.
• Presenting concepts and visualisations back to the client
• Working as part of a creative team
• Aspects of the role will include Graphic Design, marketing, advertising, POS and
art direction

What we Want To See From You:

• Previous experience at this level is essential whilst direct industry experience is
not i.e. Candidates coming from a product design, brands, agency, retail
interiors etc. background may also be consider and potentially a preferable
option.
• Excellent conceptual skills, 2D/ 3D skills, visualisation skills and sketching
ability.
• Good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and 3D Studio Max
• Able to work in both 2D and 3D and happy to do so.
• Highly creative and innovative, I am looking for an ‘ideas man/ women’, a trend
setter not a follower.
