Mid-Level UX Researcher – Amazing Opportunity

Salary: £360 – £390 per day

We are looking for a junior or mid-level UX Researcher to support our Ecommerce client’s Lead UX Researcher on the various projects and work being planned.

• We are holding remote style interviews via Zoom video conference.
• Please note this role is Inside of IR35
• Remote – flexible working

As a member of our Product and Design team, you will work closely with UX designers, Product Managers and various cross-functional drive superb, high quality UX research.

You will also gain a deep understanding of our clients customer’s needs, behaviours and attitudes towards their various products and brands.

This includes helping in putting together quantitative and qualitative research to identify actionable insights, define potential solutions and test these solutions.

Day to day activities

• Design and conduct qualitative studies, including field observations and interviews, and remote and in-person usability studies for existing and future products
• Design and conduct quantitative studies, including structuring and analysing surveys to evaluate the impact of product changes and gather insights at scale
• Adapt and innovate research methods to deliver the actionable insights for the challenges and opportunities
• Synthesize and communicate research findings to inform business decisions
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to develop long-term research plans

Preferred skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience as a UX Researcher
• Qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Knowledge of statistical analysis
• Experience conducting UX research for responsive websites and apps at scale
• Experience with Agile methodologies and different measures of product discovery
• Highly effective presentation, communication, and influencing skills to bring the voice of the customer to life
• Open and honest communication style
• Team player with excellent collaboration and organisation skills
• Resourceful with ability to get things done; capable of operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, across multiple teams
• Experience in digital media, technology, eCommerce or classifieds preferred
• A sense of fun, operating with humour and a positive demeanour to enthuse and engage people
