Merchandising Asst – Jewellery

This is an amazing opportunity to work for a luxury jewellery brand as a Merchandise Assistant.

The successful candidate should have strong fashion/jewellery retail background within a Merchandising Department coupled with experience of preparing reports, handling complex data and understanding figures. You should also have excellent MS Office skills: advanced Excel (IF formulas, V-lookups and Pivot Tables), Powerpoint and Word and able to use merchandise and retail systems.

Duties include –

Own-Operated Stores:
Weekly Sales Analysis
Stock allocation and weekly replenishment for own-operated stores to ensure maximisation of sales opportunities
Set up and review min and max store stock requirements by store
Liaise with store staff queries

Wholesale/Franchise stores:
Collate Monday Trade Report
Weekly Merchandising pack: stock and sales reports by store
Weekly analysis of sales in stores by category/line/collection
Weekly sell through analysis
YTD and weekly Best sellers in total and by store, updating key movements
Weekly sales analysis: best/worst sellers, core product sales
Analyse performance of promotions through the use of sell-in and sell-out data
Update best sellers report and communicate to sales team
Create and update new Order and Return Forms and Staff Order forms
Assist Merchandise Planner with weekly and seasonal analysis
