Salary: £72,000 – £78,000 per year
The Client
We are currently recruiting for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team at this thriving M&E contractor. The role will be based in the North-West, and as they work within a varied range of sectors the company has an excellent project portfolio throughout the UK.
The Role and its Responsibilities
* Support the Senior Quantity Surveyors at all stages of projects
* Contract negotiation
* Submissions
* Adherance to company procedures
* Ability to maximise profitablity on projects
* Analysis of tender submissions
* Attend project reviews
* Invoicing payments
* Commercial risk register
The Individual
In the role you will have to communicate effectively with co-workers and management staff and be able to work well as part of a team. We are looking for candidates who are experienced in the role and have exceptional numeracy and financial skills and the ability to handle difficult accoutns.
Skills and Qualification
* Relevant degree qualification and on the job experience
* IT literate
* Experience at working on relevant software packages
* NEC contract working knowledge
Salary and Package
£60-65k plus car/allowance company benefits
