Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year

A Global Real Estate Management Consultancy with a highly impressive portfolio of accounts is seeking an ambitious Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager to join their team in London.
With a history and reputation for delivering outstanding end to end services to occupier clients across the globe, this consultancy constantly drives their people skill set and are seeking an experienced, proven MEP Project Manager to enhance their offering and deliver excellent results both externally and internally.
As an M&E Project Manager, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities externally in Project Management and Program Delivery to internal leadership and management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting – planning, designing, managing, and implementing all necessary activities to manage the successful execution of small to medium size project(s) on one of our clients major financial consultancy accounts in London.
You will be responsible for your own time, working multiple projects concurrently with costings from thousands to millions of pounds and accountable for:
* Working with the global counterparts to develop processes and ensure EMEA lens is applied on all projects
* Interfacing with client and key stakeholders to define account strategy requirements
* Creating persuasive presentations that meet the Client’s objectives
* Interfacing with client and key stakeholders to define project requirements; establishes project work plan, cost, and deadlines
* Creating and managing project budget; monitoring expenses to ensure project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget
* Managing all facets of project design, construction, and occupancy
* Qualifying and recommending contractors by reviewing bids and related documents
* Representing the client and your company with architects, vendors, consultants, and regulatory agencies
