Salary: £26,000 – £27,600per year

Hours: 35 hours per week (flexibility required to work some evenings and weekends, as well as Bank Holidays. Actual working days/hours will vary from week to week depending on first team training schedules)

The Role:

Many people wish to see what it looks like behind the scenes at a Premier League football club and this is your opportunity to work alongside our Head of Medicine and Performance to contribute to the smooth running and optimal service of our Medical and Performance department, who work tirelessly behind the scenes to go the extra mile for our team. 

The job holder will strive to maintain the department as a centre of excellence in the management of sport injuries, implement continuous improvements and ensure that behind the scenes the team are operating efficiently and effectively.

You:

– Our ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree or equivalent in medical or administrative studies, or similar

– It is essential that the job holder has previous experience working in a medical administrative capacity with the ability to work calmly in a high-pressured environment

– Experience of working alongside athletes in professional sport is desirable but not a prerequisite for the role

– The job holder must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to organise self and others and able to maintain confidentiality always
