Media Sales Manager

Are you interested in joining the UK’s largest independently-owned regional media business, as Telesales Manager, to lead and develop our new and expanding Telesales team in Totnes.

As Telesales Manager, you will lead, manage and develop the telesales team, to ensure commercial and business targets are met across the portfolio. This includes Somerset, Devon, Cornwall and Hampshire Life titles and the Dorset Magazine.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong sales background ideally within the media, or magazine industry
• Excellent, proven leadership & coaching skills
• Tenacity, enthusiasm and determination
• Outstanding communication skills both written & verbal
• Proven experience in managing a telesales team
• Experience of driving teams to achieve set targets
• Ability to review and adapt key business objectives as required
