A leading membership organisation and regulatory body (within the medical field) in the heart of London’s City, is looking for a talented Media Manager to work alongside the Head of External Affairs and the Director of Strategic Communications in order to build and maintain the reputation of the College through an effective media strategy.
This role is being offered as a permanent opportunity and pays £47,785.2 per annum.
The Media Manager will:
– Implement PR campaigns
– Lead in the delivery of external communications
– Lead in the delivery of internal communications
– Manage the Press Officer and Communications Officer
Person Specification – Core skills of the Media Manager:
– Significant experience of working in a busy Press office and with the media
– Proven and consistent track record of delivering creative media ideas
– Social media design and delivery
– A skilled manager, able to lead and motivate a team
– Able to juggle multiple stakeholders
– Experience of Crisis Management
