Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, Hybrid after training
Clifton Down, Bristol, BS8
From £24,000, flexible for the right candidate
The Role
As a Media Analyst, you will be responsible for the management of media spend across our company, ensuring that our recruiters have access to the tools, candidate databases and advertising to attract great candidates who meet our clients’ current and future demands.
Day-to-day, you’ll be making an impact by:
- Working closely with the Recruitment Operations Manager to devise candidate attraction strategies.
- Media planning and researching new attraction channels, liaising with suppliers, scoping costs and implementing new media channels.
- Monitoring channel effectiveness and reporting on return on investment (ROI) for advertising spend.
- Taking responsibility for the administration of job posting technology, recruitment databases and our LinkedIn Recruiter platform.
- Briefing and partnering with our internal employer branding team to define creative requirements, scope new collateral and assets to support attraction campaigns.
- Identifying opportunities to innovate and suggest process improvements.
- Developing an inclusive strategy to engage diverse candidate pools.
Requirements
Previous experience of working in recruitment is not important, we can provide all the training you need to become a successful Media Analyst.
We look for:
- Graduate calibre, ideally in a business or a research-based subject, or previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills. You will have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a good level of mathematics.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to gather and analyse data and make recommendations.
- The ability to collaborate with others as part of an effective team – working together with our other Media Analyst, stakeholders, management, and our recruitment consultant to deliver outstanding outcomes for colleagues and customers.
- Ability to prioritise and manage your workload independently.
- Detail-minded and organised with the ability to meet deadlines.
