Mechanical Project Manager, M&E Project Manager, M&E Manager
Our Client
A successful Sub-contractor, £40m+ business providing combined services to the residential sector of the construction industry.
The Role
The scheme is mixed use with a large energy centre / plant room, primary distribution and fit out residential elements.
First point of contact on site * Client and delivery team meetings* Reporting directly to management team * Involvement in programme planning/review * Development/Implementation of Risk Assessment/Method Statements
The Candidate:
Sound knowledge of Mechanical Services and a good understanding of the technical, commercial and contractual processes involved.
Residential Experience
Able to work and make decisions under own initiative.
High level of self-motivation and organisational ability.
