Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services

My client is a leading M&E contractor who is looking to recruit a Mechanical Project Manager for their small works division.
The position would be ideal for someone who is currently working for a small-medium sized contractor and has experience in managing projects up to the value of £1million.
Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities –
* Manage multiple small works projects (£100k – £1million)
* Surveys
* Procurement
* Co-ordinating resources to ensure works are programmed and completed on-site and within budget
* Liaise with supervisors, designers and the general workforce involved in the project
* Develop and drive the division (Full support will be provided by the senior management team).
