THE COMPANY:
This family company has been established for over 20 years and they specialise in all aspects of Mechanical & Electrical systems, including: Design, Installation and Maintenance. The family feel is prevalent throughout the business, and clients comment on the personal service and aftercare that they receive. They work across a number of different sectors, including; Industrial, High End Residential, Retail and Education.
THE ROLE:
As a Mechanical Services Estimator, you will be working on both conceptually designed and pre designed tenders. Your role will require you to create estimates from design drawings, working with heating, ventilation and air conditioning. You will also be offering value engineering solutions, preparing Bills of Quantities and Schedule of Rates. Based in Leicester, this role is within the Building services division of the company, working on projects valued up to £1 Million, across a number of different sectors, including: Industrial, High End Residential, Retail and Education.
THE PERSON:
The ideal Mechanical Estimator will have a good level of experience in this sector. You will have the ability to talk to various different points of contacts with a commercial mind. You will be used to working on multiple projects and values ranging from £50K – 1Million.
