Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year
The Client
Working throughout the UK our Building Services client works with several repeat customers and this ensures a busy future order book for the company! They are looking to expand their estimating department and secure a Mechanical Estimator for their North-West based offices.
The Role and its Responsibilities
* Produce competitve and successful bids
* Manage and process tenders from sub-contractors
* Have the ability to understand clients projects to ensure best tenders can be submitted
* Up to date with current industry ideas
* Time and budget management
* Production of costings reports alongside other departments
The Individual
We are looking for a professional, confident and pursuasive candidate for our client! You will have a good industry knowledge in terms of labour, plant, materials etc.
Skills and Qualifications
* HNC/HND or equivalent qualification
* Be able to work well as part of the Mechanical Estimating team and be experienced at working on relevant estimating software.
* Sound commercial acumen
Salary and Package
