Salary: £48,000 per year
A new opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer is available with my client who are leading supplier and rental provider of rotating machinery, centrifuges, presses, separators, pumps and related equipment. Their ideal candidate will have previous experience as a service or maintenance engineer and be familiar with the above-mentioned equipment and machinery and happy to be either home or workshop based depending on your location.
Mechanical Engineer / Technician role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer / Technician/fitter to join a company which provides a stable and long-term career move, product training and an interesting job role. You will be responsible for visiting customers in the UK to install, commission, and provide continuous after service, breakdown support and refurbishment on a range of rotating machinery, centrifuge, press, separator, pumps and related equipment. The role will see you working with customers in Water Utilities, Food, Drink, Chemicals, Brewing & Pharmaceuticals industries.
Mechanical Engineer / Technician requirement:
Educated to a relevant mechanical engineering qualification – HND / OND / apprentice trained or equivalent.
Proven service and maintenance experience with rotating machinery, centrifuges, presses, separators, pumps etc.
Driving license
Happy to travel throughout UK

Mechanical Engineer / Technician package:
Salary £48,000+
Overtime (1.5X Saturdays and 2.0X Sundays)
Pension
23 days holiday + bank hols
