Salary: £39,600 – £64,800 per year
A Mechanical Engineer needed for Southampton based Scientific equipment developer.
An opportunity exists within a growing SME for an experienced Mechanical Engineer. You will be working within a small team and managing your own projects.
Typically using Autodesk Inventor as your principal design tool you will take your projects through the full design process. These projects will typically be high tolerance precision scientific instruments. Any experience designing fo vacuum systems will be useful.
Products are often constrained to UL marking or similar and other exacting standards. You will support this process and will be closely involved with supplier, manufacturing and assembly to ensure successful integration of your designs.
