M&E Compliance Surveyor (Freelance)

My client now requires a freelance Compliance Surveyor with an HNC in Building & Engineering Services or equivalent experience
The role will require experience in the Management of Asbestos in Buildings (BOHS P405) Water Hygiene /Safe Water Systems and/or lift installations.

The following Skills & Abilities will be needed for this position:
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with and present information to customers at all levels within the authority and be able to use computer aided design (Auto CAD) system to produce specification drawings.
Ideally you will work well under pressure and to be able to meet deadlines agreed with customers.
This role will require strong interpersonal skills, especially in regards to communication of technical matters to non-technical staff members and have experience monitoring budgets in excess of £1m
Demonstrate a strong technical understanding and practical application of Asbestos Compliance regulations and guidance.
