Marketing Team Leader

up to £38,400 per annum
We are working with a highly successful, well-established, independent firm, seeking an experienced Marketing Executive who is ready to take the next step in their career.
This position would be particularly suited to someone who has worked for a marketing agency or consultancy, experienced in assisting small businesses with their branding.
The role will involve:
* Leading and mentoring a small marketing team of 2 people
* Working closely with self-employed advisors, assisting with writing website content
* Managing and scheduling marketing campaigns
* Taking responsibility for social media platforms
* Assisting with the creation of email campaigns and design work
* Ensuring a high level of staff engagement within the marketing team
* Assisting with recruitment
* Conducting staff appraisals and addressing any training and development needs (full training will be given)
* Creating and delivering presentations
Suitable candidates will have:
* A minimum of three years’ marketing experience ideally gained in a professional services environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Experience of digital marketing, google analytics, website design and search engine optimisation
* Degree or marketing related qualification
