i-texo recruitment have been approached to assist one of Europe’s leading manufacturers in bring an experience Marketing Manager to their business. Marketing Manager must have excellent business acumen but above all the passion and enthusiasm to suceed.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

-Manage the day to day activities of the group marketing function

-Build, develop, and grow a team of experienced marketers and designers to bring the marketing strategy to life

-Manage all campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR

-Ensure the marketing team is fully aligned to the sales team and the sales strategy

-Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all sales collateral to support sales teams to achieve targets

-Ensure the marketing function continuously analyses the market and the competitive environment in which the Group operates

-Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business

-Work with key stakeholders to develop proposition to market and build brand awareness

-Take full accountability for the marketing budget and ROI in line with agreed KPIs

-Actively contribute to monthly management meetings

-Develop effective internal communications to support employee engagement

The successful Marketing Manager will have the confidence and drive to build and develop a new group wide team and have a portfolio of successful and innovative marketing campaigns to call on. As the Marketing Manager, you will have an excellent understanding of digital marketing and how to use this to build brand awareness. Good project management and organisational skills will be helpful with proven people-management and stakeholder management skills.
