Marketing Manager

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a new Marketing Executive / Manager to join our client reporting directly to the dedicated business unit’s Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the sales, business development and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing, sales and business development activities for the UK and overseas market.
Develop strong relationships and work with chosen departments
and System Integrators to deliver orders aligned with the strategic plan
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand priority propositions, target accounts
and order intake targets
Lead and develop a comprehensive marketing plan to support lead generation and meet order
intake targets.
Work closely with the bid management and engineering teams to ensure the effective execution
of proposals, aligned to the customer requirements, as well as accurate and consistent
messaging.
Identify suitable in country partners as necessary
Continuously innovate to develop winning marketing plans to achieve the order intake objectives
Ensure all relevant marketing communication materials are in alignment with branding guidelines.
Provide regular marketing information and presentations as required.
Communicate specific future customer requirements to the business to inform product
development roadmapping and provide support to the strategic and budgetary planning process
as necessary
Support events and trade shows as required
Identify and coordinate synergies across the group, including joint campaigns, upsell and cross sell opportunities.

Essential Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience of selling information assurance products and solutions Strong market awareness with the ability to develop and execute strategic and marketing plans. The individual must be a team player, flexible and have the ability to make decisions quickly, deal with ambiguity and to continuously adjust to market / situation changes.
An outstanding communicator with the ability to persuade and influence
others and earn their respect and confidence. The individual will have the ability to develop strong business relationships within all levels of an organization, including cross-functional partners and business leaders.
Accomplished idea-generator who can identify opportunities and motivate teams to find new and
innovative solutions to meet customer requirements.
The individual will be expected to undertake significant amounts of international travel, aligned with customer requirements.
