Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager

Salary: £42,000 per year

I am working with one of my globally based manufacturing clients in the Halifax area, who are looking for a marketing specialist to join there team and working alongside the Sales & marketing director.

The job itself will involve but not limited to the following:

• Contributing to the development & implementation of the company’s marketing strategy
• Providing a timely marketing service to the business
• Achieving sales objectives in line with agreed budgets
• Full responsibility for successfully implementing the mix of marketing instrument
• Be a true expert within the marketing field
• Promoting long-term & strategic customer loyalty and oversee all marketing activities

• E-marketing development and delivery of campaigns
• Exhibitions improvements, involvements and design
• Campaign planning
• Product launches
• Marketing materials creation, design and roll out
• Social Media management & creation
• Copy writing and content creation
• Experience with photoshop, InDesign and adobe would be ideal

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of two years’ experience within a marketing role, with experience managing a full marketing cycle inclusive of all the major functions.

This is a standalone role, so you must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance. Confidence is also key with this role, as you will be operating at stakeholder level liaising with company directors and key customers.

Some potential overnight stays may be required for tradeshows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

This company operates within various sectors, as they have a very versatile group of products used within many different industries.

There will be a 5-figure marketing budget to work with, along with the added support of the sales and marketing director.

In return my client are offering a starting salary of up to £42,000, free onsite car parking, various high street discounts, employee benefits, above standard holiday allowance, competitive company pension and much more!

The role will be based on their office in Halifax on a Monday – Friday basis between the hours of 9am – 5.30pm, with elements of flexibility and the opportunity to travel to multiple sites and clients addresses in order to complete your role to the best of your ability.
