Marketing Executive
CWCS Managed Hosting is a rapidly growing IT company based in Beeston, Nottingham. We have thousands of customers in the UK and overseas using our shared web hosting, dedicated servers, colocation and cloud hosting services. We have an excellent reputation and deliver great customer service, high quality technical support and enterprise-grade hosting products.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to help the continued growth of the business.

The Role
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will undertake a variety of marketing activities to raise brand awareness, generate qualified leads, expand our customer base and increase the market share of the business.
The primary focus is on digital marketing, digital campaign management, content development and copywriting. However the role requires an understanding all aspects of the marketing mix and will include involvement in market research, events, creative and offline campaigns.
Strategically the role requires the candidate to contribute strongly to general marketing activities, plans and goals, including identifying potential campaigns and opportunities, contributing ideas and driving forward individual, team and company objectives.

Tasks and Responsibilities
This is a varied and interesting role encompassing a broad range of Marketing activities.

You will have strong copywriting skills as you will develop web content, blogs, press releases, articles, newsletters, customer e-mails, case studies and other marketing collateral. You will manage PPC campaigns, undertake on-going SEO activities, analyse web traffic and investigate ways to improve performance and conversions. You will develop PR and build the company presence on social media, monitoring activity and interacting with customers, prospects and stakeholders. You will also develop and champion our partner and affiliate programmes.
You will help with the organisation, running and attendance of events, seminars, exhibitions and networking activities, and may be involved with the creation and production of video and photography.
CWCS operates in a fast moving and highly competitive market, and you will regularly review developments including market trends and competitor activity. You will also monitor, analyse and report on the performance of all marketing activities
CWCS Managed Hosting is an ISO 27001 certified company. This means you will follow our strict information security procedures at all times.

Skills and Attributes
Practical knowledge of all digital marketing channels and the latest digital marketing channels and techniques is essential, as is a demonstrable understanding of all key areas of marketing and marketing communications. You will also have excellent creative, copywriting, grammar and communication skills. Ideally you will possess a formal qualification in Marketing (CIM or similar).
You will be strongly customer focused and have high ethical standards, while being creative, innovative, and quickly able to grasp technical concepts.

Basic knowledge of HTML and/or other web programming languages is desirable, as is experience with packages such as Photoshop, Dreamweaver, CMS systems, SalesForce and e-marketing solutions.
You will also need to be flexible and may be asked to perform other tasks appropriate to your skills and experience.

You will have at least two year’s previous experience in a B2B Marketing role preferably within web hosting, web design, IT or related industry.

Working Hours:
37.5 per week. 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch. However, flexibility will be required at times (e.g. attending evening events)
