Marketing Executive

Salary: £28,800 – £33,600 per year

We’re recruiting for KTM Motorcycles based near Cheshire Oaks & we need a brilliant Marketing Executive to join the team to head up, implement & deliver all their marketing.

This new role is a standalone Marketing role & your focus will be initially Brand & retail location launch & will then focus on sales / customer – centric tasks such as Digital Marketing, Events & social media. Your products are in the main Motorcycles but also parts & clothing.

Though an established brand with an established team of employees, this is a brand-new site for KTM. We need someone to grab the marketing role & plans, launch the premises & the Brand alongside the owners to plan & execute the marketing onwards.

The focus will fall primarily on Digital Marketing, Events & social media.

You must have a fresh imagination & lots of drive. We’re not after a Marketing Executive who adheres to the ‘Annual Brand Marketing Planner’; we want someone creative who ‘thinks & does’ with a strong capacity for managing multiple tasks & marketing disciplines all at once.

The successful candidate will be expected to suggest, prepare & present ideas. Someone who on a regular basis will research market trends & industry data to help KTM stay at the cutting edge of Motorcycle dealerships in the region.

Objectives of the Marketing Executive Role

* Produce & support the Brand Management in delivery of effective marketing programmes that achieve company objectives

* Plan & execute a variety of marketing initiatives that drive KTM brand awareness, including day-to-day execution across marketing campaigns, events, social media, promotions & ad hoc sales support

* Innovate & support the development & execution of sales & marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines & deliverables as needed.

Marketing Executive Responsibilities

* To execute sales & marketing campaigns, leading brainstorming sessions to execute marketing plans for internal and external projects

* Help gather, analyse & present brand, competitor insights, trends & data

* Contribute to other lead generation & customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, trade shows / events

* Measure & report performance of marketing campaigns for management + Head Office & assess against planners & goals

* Work within & to deadlines keeping accurate records of Marketing budget spent

What & who we seek:

You must have worked in Marketing in a similar role & level.

We ideally want an applicant with extensive & fluent working knowledge in the disciplines of Digital marketing, social media & event planning. Qualifications are less important than hands on similar work experience in Marketing & a passion for customer focussed Marketing.

You must be confident in using MS Word packages & have knowledge of a range of tools a Marketeer needs such as Google Analytics & CRM.

And you must have great oral / written communication skills with a persuasive presentation ability.

Retail Marketing would perhaps be a slight advantage but not essential.

Salary £28,800 – £33,600depending on experience & exposure as sought above.

Hours Mon-Fri 9-6. Monday working from home.
