Salary: £33,600 per year
Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with an award winning Accountancy practice and they are looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to cover a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be working as part of a busy and well established Marketing Team and due to continual growth and changing needs of the business there is the possibility of the role becoming permanent.
Key duties will include:
* Producing pitches and presentations – ensuring documents are of high quality in terms of proof reading, visual look and consistent branding
* Develop, update and amend appropriate artwork templates as required to facilitate expedient delivery
* Create marketing content, in conjunction with external marketing support and the partners and staff
* Social media and website management
* Creation of marketing material
* Rapidly deploy e-shot marketing campaigns via the CRM system
* Maintain and update the CRM system
* Support delivery of online events /webinars – creating invites, coordinating guest list and invites, practical set up, researching and booking of external speakers
* Delivery of tactical marketing campaigns – Top 400, Made in Sheffield etc
* Reporting and analysis
* Liaising with external PR Team to deliver a continual stream of external campaigns
* Communications – Managing internal communications of business initiatives, business updates
Skills & Experience
Essentially you will have similar experience and be passionate about the full marketing mix. You must have experience of delivering a variety of projects and work assignments to deadline with the ability to drive a project from concept through to completion. This will include exceptional organisational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, at all levels of the organisation and externally, to deliver the required outputs. You will be fully proficient with the Microsoft Suite and experience of Dynamics and In-design or Photoshop would also be desirable. This is a great role working for a professional and forward thinking firm. Although the role is for a fixed term of 12 months there is the potential that the role could become permanent.
