Global technology leader seeks a confident and extremely organised Marketing Communications Specialist with good writing skills and an interest in high technology to join their fast-paced team, initially for one year!

A fantastic Marketing Communications Specialist opportunity has arisen within a successful and still growing, international technology organisation, which will be responsible for providing all round support to the Marketing Communications and Product Management team.

This contract will initially be offered on a one year contract, to cover maternity leave.

You will be responsible for:
– Delivery of and assisting the development of the Marketing Communications plan.
– Managing the Events and Sponsorship programme.
– General marcoms activities and projects e.g. Copywriting, Marketing Collateral, Email Marketing, PR, Case Studies, managing Translations.
– Updating and writing content for social media pages.

To be considered for this Marketing Communications Specialist role, you will have broad B2B marketing communications and events experience within a similar role and must have strong written skills. A marketing qualification (or equivalent) is essential. Experience of social media, copy writing/editing and knowledge of content management systems is desirable.

Experience within the technology/engineering/electronics industry or an interest in learning more about technology would be beneficial. This will suit a candidate that can show initiative and thrives on a challenge within a fast-paced environment.
