Marketing Campaign Manager

Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year

Since 1999, Fasthosts has been designing new ways to give customers everything they need to manage and control their online space and we’ve become one of the leading internet technology businesses in the UK. We’re a team of tech-focused innovators, offering the latest innovations across our range of services including domain names, shared web hosting, business-class email, dedicated & virtual servers, cloud hosting, secure online storage, and online backup.

We’re now planning for the next stage of growth and are currently implementing a shift from a ‘platform-only’ provider to a full-service management service. This is so we can improve our customers’ experiences and continue to be a world-class provider while differentiating ourselves in a crowded market. This role is part of a wider team being recruited to lead this shift in focus and to target new client acquisition and revenue growth.

So what’s the job?

As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll be expected to work as part of a team of Marketing professionals and collaborate closely with other teams across the organisation (including telesales and support) to create and deliver campaigns that elevate the awareness of the Fasthosts brand. We’re a friendly, knowledgeable bunch with a passion for our brand, and we want you to join us and become an integral part of our team.

You’ll take ownership of developing, implementing, and managing integrated campaigns for existing and potential customers. 

At Fasthosts, ALL our customers are important to us, and we like to spend time on our current client base, as well as our pipeline, so you’ll be responsible for the delivery of campaigns to our existing customers too. We want to increase engagement with the brand and encourage customers to expand their product usage across our portfolio.

This is a great opportunity to constantly improve the Fasthosts brand experience with experimentation within campaigns. 

What will you be doing?

• Work closely with the product and sales teams to create, manage and Develop marketing campaigns that achieve net customer growth and customer lifetime value targets
• Email marketing 
• Social media marketing 
• Work with the website team to create high-performing/converting pages that support campaign activity and online sales objectives
• Creating and managing the delivery of the annual Fasthosts events and sponsorships schedule
• Using online marketing skills and experience to contribute to the development of go-to-market plans for product launches
• Manage the creation of marketing material in line with the Fasthosts media plans, and to support product updates and new product launches
• Organise events and exhibitions and the creation of all supporting event materials
• Deliver high-quality marketing materials successfully and to tight deadlines

What experience do you need under your belt?

• Proven Marketing experience with a creative streak, demonstrating strong content creation skills alongside demonstrable ability to produce a large volume of high-quality materials
• Experience managing or mentoring/coaching other team members to success
• Experience working in an online technology-based environment 
• Solid understanding of online marketing 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to represent the UK business to all levels of the organisation
• Experience in managing e-commerce products with an appreciation for online customer journeys would be an advantage
