Our Client provides a specialist online training service and they are currently growing so quickly that they need another superstar RIGHT NOW!

Our client is looking to recruit a vibrant Marketing Assistant to assist with their Webinar Application Process. No experience in Marketing or Webinars is required as all FULL training will be given.

However, they are looking for a flexible individual who is able to get their hands dirty running the email marketing calendar and managing the daily webinar chat boxes.

No experience in this field is needed as all training for the role will be given on the job. We are looking for someone who can grow the role and assist our current Marketing Project Manager.

The role will, however, require a night shift pattern where the successful candidate will be expected to work from 5.00pm – 2.00am.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

An individual who can be trusted to get on with their own delegated tasks, unsupervised in a fast paced environment
Administrative experience required with strong attention to detail and accuracy for the updating of our email marketing lists and locking and loading emails using our simple CRM system.
Strong numeracy skills for tracking business figures from leads, sign-ups, applications and revenue
Good written communication skills
Computer Savvy (although full training will be given for all software)
Impeccable organisational skills for the running of the webinar promotions calendar
Ability to manage projects, juggle tasks and meet deadlines
Adaptability to change and training given on the job and a flair for following procedures
Availability to work the night shift pattern, as stated above – with some flexibility requiredREWARDS

£14,000 – £16,000 p/a (dependent on experience)
21 days holiday (+ Bank Holidays)
