Marketing Assistant

Our client, a major player in the global commercial aviation market, is looking for a highly creative Marketing Assistant to join there 250 strong team. They have a rapidly expanding portfolio of market-leading data products and advisory services with significant year-on-year growth, delivering news, data and analytics to the whole spectrum of the dynamic, international aviation market.The headquarters are based in the UK and they have offices in New York, Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai. Their customers are from the big financial institutions, aircraft manufacturers, suppliers and advisors who rely on them for critical data and information.

As Marketing Assistant your responsibilities would be to co-ordinate and administer marketing and communication activities to support the successful implementation of the international marketing strategy. You would have an excellent understanding of the marketing mix and processes behind implementing imaginative on/offline campaigns.

– Manage the distribution of digital marketing campaigns and reporting mechanisms
– Assist with direct marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, development of new marketing materials and new product launches.
– Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition strategy.
– Assist with the management of international executive events portfolio.
– Manage the logistics of the international event attendance.
– Measure and report on ROI of each event.
– Website content management.
– Assist with social media management.
– Produce cross sector case study and testimonial schedule and execute against it

The ideal candidate would have a University degree or equivalent. A marketing course or work experience would be an advantage. You would have excellent copy-writing skills, proven organisational skills and attention to detail for accuracy, be an ideas generator and have excellent interpersonal skills.
