Marketing and Creative Design Specialist – Mitcham

37.5 working hours per week

Our client is looking for someone who will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Sales Operations team to ensure highly impact campaigns are executed to help to drive sales growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales focused graphics for use across all areas of the business
• Implementation of Client Marketing Calendars using marketing tools to communicate with clients and promote sales growth
• Engage business partners to build effective & collaborative relationships
• Basic understanding of business partners and their marketing objectives.
• Very strong eye for design, layout, typography skills, and advanced re-touching work
• Provide easy access to all assets (art, photos, and graphics) by maintaining a consistent, logical, and organised filing system on artwork server
• General admin tasks/archiving. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Periodically design and develop special marketing materials or promotional items for various project/events requested by the groups and/or upper management
• Assist in training of team on new systems, processes, forms or business tools as needed

Person specification:

• Must have a Marketing Degree or equivalent
• English, plus other European language(s) preferred. German would be excellent
• Ability to work comfortably with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop
• Working understanding of marketing, technology, and media
• Prepare, manage, and maintain mailing lists
• Ability to translate a brand concept
• Possess professional acumen
• Excellent verbal and written skills, and effective communication skills
• Multi-task oriented with strong organisational skills and critical/creative solution driven thinker
• Flexibility is essential
• Must have great sense of humour as well as a sense of urgency
• Team player with positive, can-do attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Requires a self-motivated and energetic personality
• Solid PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
