Salary: £30,000 per year
MANUFACTURING TRAINER (NIGHTS)
LEEK AREA
PERMANENT
SUNDAY – THURSDAY 10PM – 6AM
£25K DOE
THE ROLE
* Ensuring that all colleagues receive induction, quality, and compliance training, delivered, and recorded to the correct standards.
* Delivering standardisation of training and assessment processes and procedures.
* Supporting the learning and development for the manufacturing team, engaging with them on the Factory Floor
* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training and development programmes and providing data reports where required.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Previous training experience required of delivering and facilitating training courses
* A background in a manufacturing environment would be ideal but is not essential
* Evidence of building strong working relationships with key stakeholders
* Able to demonstrate planning and organising skills
* Capable of working independently and able to prioritise workload
* Computer-literate to include Microsoft packages
