Triflex productions are looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team based in Folkestone, Kent.

The Role
As a Manufacturing Process Engineer you will be responsible to drive process improvement initiatives and root cause and corrective action. It will also be your responsibility to ensure capacity and capability of manufacturing processes and equipment match that which is required from Business Unit SIOP. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer your main responsibilities will involve:

* Develop systems, processes and methods to meet manufacturing requirements ensuring lowest cost and highest quality
* Maintain process documents
* Create and maintain standard work for processes and standard cycle times
* Maintain product family matrix and support cell layout based on the matrix

The Candidate
To be considered for our Manufacturing Process Engineer, our ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

* A recent graduate with a degree in an engineering related disciple
* Understanding of current and cutting edge manufacturing processes and equipment
* Excellent program skills, highly organised
* Excellent teaming skills
* Excellent passive & active communications skills
