MANUFACTURING ENGINEER – AUTOMOTIVE – £40,000

Who we are looking for:
· 5 years minimum in the capacity of manufacturing, industrial or production engineering
· Tier one automotive product experience in trim, seating or interiors.
· Experience of high volume automotive manufacturing environment
· Experience of Continuous improvements, PFMEA, Line balancing and assembly systems
The role:
· Problem solving across manufacturing cells, using line balancing, PFMEA.
· Process development for new programs
· Plant and process layout development
· Formulate process specs and advise on improvements
· Develop TPM in established and new projects
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives
