Manufacturing Engineer (Automotive)
We are currently recruiting an electrically biased maintenance engineer for a Manufacturing engineer to join a leading first tier supplier to the automotive sector in Redditch
THE POSITION:
Problem solving across manufacturing cells, using line balancing, PFMEA.
Process development for new programs
Plant and process layout development
Formulate process specs and advise on improvements
Develop TPM in established and new projects
Drive continuous improvement initiatives

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
5 years minimum in the capacity of manufacturing, industrial or production engineering
Tier one automotive product experience in trim, seating or interiors.
Experience of high volume automotive manufacturing environment
Experience of Continuous improvements, PFMEA, Line balancing and assembly systems
THE SALARY
£40,000
