Managing Director, Industrial Services – Offshore
Salary: £144,000 – £180,000USD + Executive Package
Location: Aberdeen

THE CLIENT:
* Mackenzie Stuart is working with a global market-leading provider of onshore/offshore industrial & engineering services.
* They are an international global market leading name with offices in a variety of locations and an excellent reputation.
*They work in multiple market sectors and offer a broad service range across Oil & Gas, Nuclear & Water industries.

The business segment that you will be responsible for will contain the following services

NDT, IRM, fabrication, integrity management, insulation, asbestos removal, blast cleaning, painting, coatings & scaffolding.

THE ROLE:
*Full P&L responsibility of £150m.
*Full responsibility for entire North Sea Operations.
*Responsible for opening and development of new and existing key accounts when needed.
*Have strategic responsibility for the direction and growth of the business with 5+ DR across the region and BOD level responsibility.
* Play a hands on role in growth, helping to secure contracts, negotiating at executive level with major operators and EPC’s within all regions, with a particular focus on offshore Europe.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
* A background in industrial service works within oil & gas is essential.
* Previous experience of global operations within relevant markets is key, ideally with already established relationships.
* A track record of delivering business growth.
* A track record of consistent success.
