Business Director – Industrial Automation & Control Systems

Techniche are working closely with a leading UK Industrial Automation firm who are seeking to appoint an experienced company Manager / Director in a business director role.

Suitable candidates could come from a company/business management background or engineering management background.

Our client is happy to consider candidates who have not previously held director level positions, but do have over 10 years’ experience in management.

Experience across the following 5 areas is essential:

-Recent and proven background in Industrial Automation, Control Systems Integration, Instrumentation or ICA Engineering.
-Experience of managing over 50 people (via direct or indirect reports)
-P&L Exposure at a level in excess of £20m
-Over 10 years’ experience in management (either business, operations, engineering etc)
-Degree qualified
-Some exposure to International business
