Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

Management Accountant

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a management accountant to work for our well-established manufacturing client.

Managing a team of 2 this is a varied role overseeing the entire accounts function. This is an ideal opportunity for those who are looking for a role to add some real value and improve current processes.

Duties to include:

· Leading and developing a team of two to adhere to key SLAs and KPIs

· Budget Control

· Monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and weekly cash flow

· Process and manage payroll for all staff

· Review and reconcile all balance sheet account

· Accruals and prepayments

· Produce credit checks on potential new customers.

· Assist with daily payments approvals

· Manage debtors and Creditors

· Preparation and submission of VAT returns

· Prepare analysis of sales and margins and provide insightful commentary and follow up actions

· Managing key relationships with key business leaders, understanding needs, and agreeing service level agreements

Requirements:

· AAT Level 4 Qualified

· Self-motivated and driven with a good broad business finance background

· Good communication skills

· Problem solving ability.

· Strong MS Office Suite. Pivots, lookups etc
