On their behalf we are searching for Maintenance Technician, who will be responsible for problem identification, root cause analysis, efficiency or productivity improvement, and problem resolution. Maintenance Technician will assist the engineering management team in the running and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment including the following:

* Perform preventative maintenance tasks on high-volume manufacturing automated and semi-automated equipment.
* Adjustment of robots and sensors to ensure continued efficiency/consistency of equipment.
* Using HMI and SCADA systems in order to diagnose PLC faults.
* Working to PM schedules to ensure optimum efficiency and reduce downtime of equipment.
* Fault finding on high volume automated packaging & sterilization processes
* Fault finding and repair of pneumatic and fiber-optic systems
* Precision inspection of mechanical assemblies.
* Ensure personal and work area GMP and HS&E standards are achieved
* Record equipment work history on the CMMS system (Maximo understanding) and ensuring relevant documentation and procedures are duly maintained and updates.

What do you need:

* Minimum of 4 year’s relevant engineering experience
* Time Served Mechanical and / or Electrical Engineer
* Experience maintaining PLC controlled equipment and ability to diagnose PLC faults
* Excellent time management and forward planning
* Ability to perform problem solving
* Ability to produce and work to written procedures
* Flexible towards overtime (weekend & evenings)
* Ability to communicate verbally with all members of the team
