Site Facilities Maintenance Technician

As the Site Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the site and facilities are maintained to a high standard.

Working Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm, your responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining the site buildings and facilities
* Overseeing contractors on site
* Undertake general redecoration work
* Repair walkways and yard areas
* Maintain the facilities on site e.g. plumbing, utilities

Person Spec

We are looking for candidates with the following experience and attributes:

* Relevant building maintenance experience including plumbing
* General understanding of Health and Safety regulations
* Communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Work effectively on their own and as part of a team
* Create and maintain effective working relationships
* Electrical bias desirable but not essential
